I feel the exact opposite. If they were celebrating then they know that they have everything tight and in place and that the license is a formality. I would never second guess someone for taking a day or two to blow off steam and to relax a little especially since they have most likely been going at it 7 days a week for quite some time. That may not be the case - but I think the benefit of the doubt is in order here.
