The new one is "well if they get the license, now they won't be able to convince people to buy the MMJ and they won't be able to sell it." Wow, these guys are morons. Quite entertaining to watch them squirm. Sellers (and shorters) at this point would have to be on the low IQ side since that license approval could come any day and any minute. Why anyone would consider shorting right now is beyond me unless they prefer to lose alot of money...
