Isn't Pharmerjane one of the collectives? I wouldn't be surprised if this is just being held by Jan "just-in-case". He operates in a particular way (all the different divisions of Flow Rising for example) wherein he makes contingencies and far reaching ideas but doesn't flesh them out. I bet this site doesn't turn out to do much
