Apparently you are not interested in asking the independent third parties who have tested the P2O process? Wouldn't they be more reliable than IR? I would think that SAI Corp. could tell you whether JBI "fed them" assumptions during the audit they performed. I believe your own words apply here:
Adequate DD is more than just calling IR. It involves visiting the plant and talking with management on more than one occasion, then independently verifying by talking with the likes of the NYSDEC staff, SAI Corp., ASME, and the folks at Islechem, LLC.
