The winnowing is already proceeding through natural market forces in year 2 of mmj version of dotcom. Suspensions loom. As a footnote, SEC is teaming more closely with FINRA on mmj sector. I'm holding plenty of dry powder for a second wind, but will limit to those with management worth much more than just a modicum of trust.
