Ok this is funny IMO...for you PHOT holders. Today another SEC ambulance chaser came out of the sewer to drum up "business" I guess...anyway I decided to call them and see what they said...left messages for two and talked to one so far. What the one I talked to told me, and she sounded about 19 years old BTW, was that they have not filed any suits and are looking for the "whale" my words or the "lead plaintiff" her words to get the ball rolling in the "class period" they know who the SH are but not who has lost the most which is or who would be the "whale" once they get this "whale" on the hook they can file a suit. I kinda chuckled at that when she told me and she basically laughed with me...the next one a Secretary answered and asked me for info and then asked me for the number of shares I held...I declined to answer but gave her my contact info and if they call back I will post what transpires in that conversation. So 5 "Law Firms" fishing for one "whale" in order to file a law suit. I guess that "whale" isn't interested...If you are bored or curious or just want to have some fun then call them and ask some questions. Knowledge is power. Good luck
