Got: Per profile at OTCM updated by firm in April 2014, Benz is no longer listed as SKTO Executive V.P. He's still listed as General Counsel. Choo and Allyn were deleted in the update.
Allyn (Chairman) and Choo (Dir. Ops) are gone; there's no question about it. Allyn and Choo evidently left the building sometime in Q4 2013 because they weren't mentioned in the EOY (Q4) 2013, but were listed (officer/director) in Q3 2013 disclosure.
Allyn was evidently a totem. The cabal needed a big name to make a fortune selling shares in March 2013. Those ~$30m in contracts announced in March 2013 timed closely to that announcement? That's now bad debt. Someday the regulators will catch up with the holdovers and the shadows behind them.
