Looks like NEWL is now down to $0.10.
Once that toxic financing ends, likely months from now, there's also a "true up" which will likely result in additional shares being issued to Hanover/MGP. That will probably be a substantial new issuance of shares.
Is anyone interested talking about the situation?
It's definitely worth staying away from the stock, at least for now. I don't know if it will ever be worth a buy but the situation is unique.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
