Even tho this is Not your area...Thank You. I think you articulated very well the 'meat', of the situation.
Also, another point you touched on was the compensation to shareholders who realized a , 'LOSS', during this period.
Currently, the pps is running between .15-.19.. So, any one in the class action, if it were to settle today , and , they bought below that number would have realized a profit from the investment. Thus , no damage to them personally. But, the Lawyers would still get paid.
That statement being said, if the pps continues to rise closer to .50 during the time between now and the settlement date then the more the initial investor involved in the suit will loose out. Again, but not the law firms.
I can honestly see this going back to .25 - .35 over time, and given the right types of news concerning the move forward. Even more if we by some miracle get re-listed in a timely manner. Now, I wonder if those 'lawyers' are making clear to their 'clients' , with whom they are , protecting', are explaining this to them as well???
In my view laws should be put in place for FULL disclosure to clients from these aXX holes. But hea, that's just me.
