This has probably been covered, but are there any real restrictions on the prescription requirements? Will it be like CA where pretty much anyone of age can get a script, or more limited like New Mexico where it is much harder to get one, only after providing documentation that other drugs failed, and a limited list of conditions that qualify? If it's the CA model, that is really good news. Most people will not opt to grow their on plants if the suppliers can provide excellent product at reasonable rates. Growing your own will lose appeal IMO. Time will tell. Even if they don't stop the injunction letting people grow their own, I just don't see that much market share taken away.
