My question was why Mayor, on behalf of the firm, hasn't disavowed any of the costly promotional campaigns touting SKTO stock from April 9 to date. After all, OTCM want to know when a stock is subject to a promotional campaign, and require the attorneys of said companies to investigate the proponents of these campaign and answer specific questions about company insiders with reference to any possible connection{s}. Where is that attorney letter?
