Im confused about the outstanding shares. I am well aware that there are 3.4 billion shares outstanding which I'm fine with. However there is roughly 2.2 billion shares a float. The 1.2 billion shares, are those all restricted and spoken for already? Who owns them? Can some please clarify for me thanks.
