Well, considering who would possibly have the quantity of shares to generate enough cash to pay for a promo (pump and dump), with a low enough cost basis (zero) on the shares that they want to sell (million dollar share settlement).. then yes.
It was my speculation however you see the strange response there seemed to give confirmation. He was aligning with LegalGirl to create excitement, but crumbled... These newbie "latch on" posters are very transparent.
You'll recall mid-late March a series of new "longs" arrived... There's no such thing as a unknown SKTO long.
Guess who the promos are targeting? Those thinking with their hearts.

What does that do when the dump happens? Red...
