Please....let's rehash this AGAIN! (And BTW...welcome back!).
If you sell tickets 6 months down the road.....in anticipation of getting the approval in 30 to 45 days......then YES, you certainly can sell tickets.
And.........according to staff at Baltia.....Russia has already "approved" Baltia's landing. What will take 30 or 45 or 60 days is for the final government paperwork to be typed and signed....but the alleged "approval" has already been given.
Having said that..........can someone else make a (decent) attempt at answering my question. (LOL, Hawk.....you may have been gone for a while, but no one here is going to go easy on you!).
