The license will be for medical marijuana sales in Canada. It is currently illegal to import marijuana into the U.S. Bill has said REPEATEDLY that FITX will not engage in the U.S. 420 market until MJ is decriminalized at the FEDERAL level.
So... simply put, CENBiotech (subsidiary of FITX) will be growing, distributing,and selling ONLY to Medical Marijuana patients in Canada in the near future. As I understand it, after full buildout of the property, there may be excess product to market to other countries (NOT U.S.).
I would say it is likely that HEMP (which is a form of marijuana, but without the high THC levels necessary for medical or recreational high purposes) for industrial purposes will be grown in the U.S. soon by FITX, but that is only my guess.
