Soma Oil & Gas Holdings to be First to Test Somalia Billion Barrel Oil Trove Offshore

Soma Oil and Gas Holdings will be the first company to start exploration in Somalia.
The company has already raised funds for a 2D exploration programme offshore Somalia.
Soma Oil & Gas Holdings Limited secured an equity investment of US$50 million from Winter Sky early 2014.
In the concession, 3 directors of Private equity firm Winter Sky joined the board of Soma Oil.
Soma Oil secured a Seismic Option Agreement with the government of Somalia to explore oil offshore Somalia.
