Some info on the mixologist Amber West seems to be a locally celebrated mixologist in Texas. She has made signature cocktails before that got good reviews / reception. I like how she uses what the natural flavors are and enhances them. Perhaps she can find a nice signature mix for Marani!? I was hoping a professional would attempt to bring out the unique taste.
