You can actually place $5,00 limit order with scottrade.
I've done it not to long ago. You can execute your limit
order through a broker. Mine has been locked in
for 60 days. That's as long as scottrade will do it for
you and when it expires, you'll have to call them to
restart all over again. Cheers!
