Neuronal - This is completely true as I have about 12 years in the Broker
arena and have some personal experience here.

This is due to the float being locked by long term traders, Restricted shares,
etc., and if volume would come in with key news this could run very very
high due to the fact that shares would need to be unlocked to enable trading
to continue. This could be why we are seeing heavy opposition trying to
free up as many shares from those that are not as certain of their investment
as some of the longs.

I also believe the MM's are betting on the Restricted shares that are coming
off restriction to give them the available liquidity to cover their positions at a
reasonable trade. If this does not happen then this could get very interesting
fairly quickly.

I was not aware we had locked up the float this tight and I feel kind of ashamed for not doing this homework.

If Bill comes out with something meaty soon and the shares coming off
restrictions hold.. Crazy scrambling will happen here.. WOW this is the
biggest news we could see on this stock right now.. all bets are off if this
happens.
