It's coincidental that the cash flow statement was released after this latest round of promotions which tout bad debt (uncollectible debt) as revenue and receivables (uncollected debt) as net income -- sleight of hand that gets regulators seeing red. The latest SKTO promo would have been much weakened had this cash flow statement been released on April 15, the late filing deadline per OTCM. Timing is everything, as they say.
