It looks like Ihub chose to insulate themselves from any potential legal liability by terminating the membership of an individual who chose to deliberately misrepresent short sale data for his own financial gain. Good for them.

Approximately 3 months ago I composed a letter to the Ihub legal team outlining the potential legal quandary that they could find themselves in should they continue to allow this individual to continue his campaign. The first letter went unanswered.

Again, shortly before this member was given a 3 month suspension, I composed a slightly more strongly worded letter and I also copied a few contacts in the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

I would surmise that this individual's membership will not be restored.
