I agree, but I don't know if that can be confirmed without knowledge of the contracts. You never know if there's stipulations in there where they can sell it back for product not sold or something of that nature. I don't know if that's common or not, but then again, million dollar contracts with a tangible product that's still in pennyland isn't terribly common either, so who knows what kind of CYA Brazil has on the shipment.
