Heres a cached version of the website. Interestingly, it refers to JanesCard, not SimplePrepay. My guess is Frank was using his other domain as a placeholder to stage the website while building it.

My ongoing opinion has been that they accidentally accounced JC as an SKTO property, never explained the difference between JC and SP, and now need to reconcile conflicting IP ownership for merger purposes. Both ideas have the ability to upload prepaid funds. One has loyalty rewards. Not the first time there was confusion about which IP goes in which Ticker. Just my opinion...
