I think Janes card will be the "rewards card" (like they have at Kroger here) and then that card will be used to track every purchase you've made, letting the higher ups know which product goes fastest and basic supply & demand.
this is how i think it will work:
Customers-->Upload funds onto account or however that works
Use that uploaded money to buy Herbs

track loyalty/purchase history through Janes card, allowing rewards and other "loyalty" perks
>
Janes card can be used at a later time for redemtions on Product or "store credit"

rinse repeat
