The MM's know this stock will be here at least through September and are making money while they can. The market still must absorb huge quantities of shares so expect this to continue. Hard to say how much of a bounce on licensing but what ever the bounce is the MM's will look to sell into the bounce. It will be interesting to see how long the bigger players will sit on the sidelines. I expect it will be after these shares are absorbed probably by the second week of September unless significant M&A news comes out sooner which may bring in numerous smaller investors.
