I have had a chance to speak with folks who have personally worked with Peterson previously. Everyone indicates she is razor sharp. And, as the driving force behind SURF, her connections are absolutely deep with OEM customers. The flavor of a resume doesn't always display the power of the person. Martie would not have taken her to China and handed her the reigns to his domestic facilities without proof positive of her ability to execute.
