Let me tell you, from the 5 hours that I spent with Angel on April 9th, he is a "Dot your "I" and cross your "T" kind of guy. Getting these financials right is of importance, and if it takes a little longer to do them right to be done with RIGHt, then so be it.

I have been pouring over the BCAP filings, as well as RIGH filings, and if you don't believe the two companies have to work together (since they are tied together) go back and look at the language in both of their final quarterly reports...

This is how and why attorneys (and accountants) from different firms get involved to get the job done! Everything must line up when there's ownership between multiple companies. Why do you think BCAP says 60-90 days on their blog? Why is Angel saying 60-90 on website updates, all the while business goes on with dispensaries? Will it take that long? Let's hope not, but ALL NUMBERS must line up on multiple (5 quarter, 2 annual reports) for two joined-at the-hip organizations...
