IMO (almost) every SMB is suspect with one notable exception that I can think of... where shareholders control the content and the scope of the site is VERY NARROW.

That said, it is possible to inhabit a site frequently enough & long enough to identify a few good people who can share leads to opportunity... or who can lead you to opportunities just by observing what they say and where they post.

Just BE AWARE and verify everything BEFORE BELIEVING.
