Expedite without a doubt.
The CEO has stated that HC asked for an expedited build-out and I would safely assume HC will be inspecting the site very soon.
Canada needs product and CEN Biotech will be the newest "real" pharmaceutical medical marijuana producer. I think Health Canada would be in favor of having all facilities similar to CEN Biotech.
