For years I have been telling friends what our country needs is a pipeline that can move water all over the USA . Someone is always flooding and someone is always in a drought.Put people to work, pumping stations concrete pipe who would worried about water leaking . Maybe TD but other then that I think it could work on a lot of levels . Maybe Treaty could get involved .
