I've been away from PHOT for a couple months. I am obviously aware of recent developments regarding the SEC halt, but not aware of what the plan to move forward is. Can anyone give me the bullet points?

PS - I hold a small amount of share from pre-stoppage (.09), and bought more after, and hope to buy even more soon after some research. Any info provided would be my starting point.
