AB trimmed fitx to 20% because it was outperforming his profile. It wasn't exactly a "got you" move and wasn't meant to mean fitx is/will be performing badly.

I called the toll free and cancelled because his insight lately has been questionable, the forums are bad and the bottom line is it isn't worth the money to me. Attacking AB personally is pretty dumb though.

If you're thinking about canceling, you do HAVE to call, but it's as easy as giving the bezinga person your email.
