I don't believe an answer TECO gives to begin with and no matter what is asked. I believe Sean is a mouthpiece for whoever is in charge that day. I also believe shareholders are sharing what is hopefully the truth at the time they are provided the answer.
These answers we all seem to receive might only remain the truth "for a day or two" but then something will change. Like their overall business plan, LOL! False starts! Chinese funding coming and going! Oil wells changing into water wells! 80 BPD changing into 10 BPD or less! The frickin list goes on and on and on! TECO could tell me the skies in Texas are blue but I would still need to check the weather report! In TECO's case the weathermen wouldn't be working that day and all weather reports would be on hold.
