Allyn is clearly gone. He's not listed on the all-important Basic Pink Disclosure for EOY 2013. Nor is the office of chairman. To add weight to that is the recently updated Company Profile at OTCM that knocked his name and the office of chairman off the profile.

Choo is gone, too. Both Allyn and Choo were listed in the Q3 2013 Basic Pink Disclosure but neither made the cut in the Basic Pink Disclosure for EOY 2013 [Q4].

The updated profile at OTCM also shows Benz is apparently no longer executive V.P., only General Counsel. Benz was listed as Exec VP in the EOY 2013 and the older profile at OTCM.

The fact there was no material event notification issued by the company only means the secretive Mayor is derelict in his fiduciary obligation as president of the company. What else is new?
