Pro: Benz apparently did leave as Exec. V.P. Whereas Benz was listed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of SKTO in the EOY 2013 disclosure, the recently updated Company Profile at OTCM lists Benz only as General Counsel. SKTO president, Artemus Mayor, is now the only officer listed there. Again, there has been no public notification by Mayor of the apparent departure of an officer, in this case Benz, as required by OTCM.
