You understand the people doing this are fishing for a few million $0.0002's that someone else holds... 
I honestly don't believe the $0.0003's are real. When you read the trading tape, outside of the manipulation, $BCAP should be trading $0.0004 bid x $0.0005 ask, if not higher.
