TelVue stock is illiquid. No buying and no selling. Zero volume. Agreed, agreed, agreed. Now can we put that subject to bed or are we going to forced people to read the same thing over and over. Once again . No volume, no buying , no selling, NADA. ZILCH. NOTHING.
So for now right here is where we stay. To me that’s better than sliced bread. There will be no fire sale here.
As for who is going to buy TelVue stock for $70.00 per share I will be the first to admit. There will be very few buys or sells or transactions at $70.00. There will not be that many available when the time comes. $100.00 and above would be more like it.
Gerry Lenfest is a philanthropist. As such he has been giving his money away all his adult life. He has friends that would not be caught dead buying a stock for $14.00 . Their portfolio starts of with shares of Berkshire.
Employee stock plans have been discouraged at TelVue forever. Maybe not for long. There will be a shareholders meeting and we will discuss that among other things.
This company spent 20 years reporting their every move to the SEC and spent a fortune doing so. It gave them zilch. This company is dark. So what’s your point ? The shareholders meeting will be when it will be and the year-end financials will be audited and reported when they are. They are not late. You can’t be dark and also late. Have it one way or the other.
If someone is planning on buying and selling a stock for a quick profit this is not a good place for you right now. Stop back in a few months.
