yea I'm not overly concerned. it makes sense. I've been reading some forums and feeel much better about it. I came across one company that had 100 million ask and raised it to 1billion. that's just plain dilution and a scam. this is very reasonable. below is a definition I came across.
I trust Bob. he's taken care to pay off notes. i truly dont think he would have if he didn't care about his shareholders. remember this only gives the company permission to raise the number of o/s if SCRC management feels it's necessary.
