I doubt it since we are no where named in the defendant list. Furthermore, their company issues have nothing to do with us. Bill must have seen some badness going on and wanted to not be associated with it, so he broke ties which was very smart. The SEC must have seen something other than a "third party" issue with PHOT. They would not halt a company for that reason, it would make no sense at all. They would go after that third party if that were even true.
