iceman, also regards Roth IRA (FYI in case you're unaware) distributions are fed. income tax free only after age 59-1/2 & only after 5 yrs. from making your 1st contribution to the account.

One reason why I don't even mind waiting for EEDG to uplist to Nasdaq is 'cause my Roth isn't 5 yrs. old yet ~ have a few years to go.   My individual acc't is waiting on being eligible for long-term capital gains (& Nasdaq)
