Thats a pretty interesting way to play that ole "Game Of Chicken"....who will blink first???? how will the bid change when "Increased Revenue Stream" is reported...I'm still looking for $4 1/2 to $6 Million in revenue to be reported....Hope the proof is in the Filing.

As I have posted before the link to the requirements of "Audited Financials" are only required for the "Annual Report (10k) unless the desired outcome is for "Uplisting", there is a significant cost for "Audited Financials"....Also we need to see if the "Accounting Firm (CPA) has changed and no longer " accountant's licensing and qualifications to perform such duties on behalf of the issuer.
