No, the entity Marani Brands Group no longer seems to exist on SOS Nevada.
This entity was tied to some investments groups similar to Bodie (and probably connected to him).

And I just found out that the name of this entity was changed on SOS Nevada was changed into Zodiac Brands Inc.
Go to your own post nr 13927 on the other board and click on the first link you posted.
You will see that it no longer goes to Marani Brands Group, but Zodiac Brands Inc.
