I got that same feeling this week..it just "feels" right. Gonna light it up.
Not to damper the excitement here peeps but I've mentioned this once before and will touch on it again.
I think it's possible that the license gets issued Thursday or Friday.
(only speculation) but this would counter-act any price drop from the restricted shares that "can be sold" May 1st after coming off their restriction.
I have said before that the timing of Bills positive PR seems to coenside with shares coming off restrictions to minimize the negative affect and so that those shares get gobbled up quickly.
