Nah. I don't think he's stupid enough to be short at this point. Nor do I think he has access to shares that can be shorted or the ability to do NSS. But I think the whole NSS thing is crap anyways.
No doubt he would take advantage of any news that might cause the price to spike. I think he is probably very good at doing that before the price makes a move that would not allow it to be advantageous.
But that's just my opinion having watched his postings over the years.
If JBI moves big it won't be NSS covering. It will be news that causes those on the sidelines to jump back in. Depending on the strength of the news, it could either be with a toe, a foot, or two feet.
But not NSS covering. That will just be those who believe that nonsense patting themselves on the back and saying, "See? We told you there would be a big move when news was announced."
Sigh.
I just hope there is the type of news that creates that kind of buying.
