Thanks.  I will do everything possible to get  the regulators to review RIGH nd BCAP.  Fed up with the manipulation. I will not look the other way and let others worry about it.  You see thats exactly it many do not take the time or have the time for that matter to complain to the regulators.  I want the sec and the divisions to do there job and protect investors from the miscreants in the otc realm.  I know many are patient and can wait it out but in the mean time the illegal activity continues.  Sure you can play the game like the others, but nothing gets done and the problems continue.  To each his own, but the manipulation is blatant and illegal.
