I read that a portion of Colorados new mj tax revenue is going towards drug education which they are going to get matched by the federal government and another portion towards building and improving schools. Wouldn't it be cool if they had to use hemp related products like hempcrete in lets say 50% of new construction. That would start a whole new industry to there economy in addition to what they are gaining already. I agree hemp tech is truly the wild card here.
