To jump onto what JB is saying, what encourages me the most is knowing that Peter Meier has 250M shares. If he wants to make his millions off the company, he has pretty much one way to do it: make the shares worth something! He'll eventually make a decent salary, but his nest egg is his stock. So, even though he knows more than anyone what's going on, he is in the same boat we are.
