If one had been paid, given, compensated or transferred shares of GESI, it must have been for some reason or purpose, in my opinion.

And if one had been paid in shares and had not disclosed as such prior to posting in a forum requiring to do so, it could have the perception of purposely misrepresenting oneself as an everyday investor, when in reality they had been compensated in some form by the Company, or via a third party.
