Bill stated in an interview you have to schedule the inspection in advance.. he said once he knew when the vault was arriving he would schedule the inspection.
There is a chance the inspection already happened. but if not.. it will happen this week.
expect license announcement within the next 2-3 weeks.
(my guess... around May7th)
