What turned out to be true is this:
By this interference from the petitioners and their support group, damage was assessed on Treaty as a company. Those very damages will be measurable through lost market value, supported by the correspondence with State Agencies, contractors, etc....that Treaty and its legal counsel now has in its possession.
The very argument that is being made here in your post.....proves the very point that the shareholders are trying to make. It is a blasted catch 22. The interference is the very cause of the issues that are brought up by the petitioners on this forum.
